Refund policy

Art is not generally returnable, but we want you to have confidence in your purchase.

Items purchased through our online store are exchangeable, if the item is in the same condition that you received it and we are notified within 72 hours of your receipt of the item.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at jeweler@newgild.com. We will help with the details of exchanging. 

You can always contact us for any return question at Kelsey@newgild.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items or gift cards.
